Technical description
The HiiGARD self-retracting lifeline is made of a 4.8 mm (3/16 in) diameter galvanized steel cable, housed in a thermoplastic casing.
The steel hook at the end of the cable is a swivel type, fitted with a built-in fall indicator.
Arrest force is 1350 lb (6 kN). Load capacity is 140 kg (310 lb).
The product is certified to CSA Z259.2.2-17. Available in 11, 20, 33, and 50 ft lengths.
