The Safety Cage is the safest stepladder in the Little Giant lineup for extended work at height. Designed for professionals who spend significant time at an elevated position -- painters, fixture installers, building maintenance technicians -- it offers complete perimeter protection that no standard stepladder can match.

A Fully Enclosed Platform

Unlike open-platform stepladders, the Safety Cage completely surrounds the user with a 42-inch (1.06 m) guardrail. This enclosure significantly reduces the risk of lateral falls from sudden movements or loss of balance, a decisive advantage for tasks requiring both hands free at height.

Safety on Descent and Mobility

The Ground Cue system produces an audible and tactile click when the user reaches the bottom rung, reducing the risk of missed-step falls. Weight-activated wheels deploy automatically to make repositioning the ladder effortless, while adjustable stabilizers allow fast leveling on uneven surfaces.

A Complete Range of Sizes

The Safety Cage is available in 5 sizes corresponding to 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-foot utility stepladder equivalents, covering most extended work-at-height needs on a jobsite.

Safe for Electrical Environments

Non-conductive Hi-Viz green fiberglass reduces electrical risk in case of accidental contact with a live conductor and keeps the unit visible in high-traffic work zones.
