Use

This post is installed using a set of 2 toggle bolts on waterproofing support deck sheets (excluding perforated ones). Two standard toggle lengths are available: 300 mm (ref. B300) and 500 mm (ref. B500).

When a force exceeding 170 daN is applied to the top of the post, the breakaway elements rupture, and the post extends by 4 cm. The aluminium tube is "released" and the M12 rod bends. This system helps reduce torque effects and ensures the strength of the fixings on roof coverings.

As a result, the deflection of the lifeline increases significantly. It is therefore recommended to reduce the spacing between anchor points to limit this deflection. A maximum spacing of 10 m is recommended.
